Save the Redwoods League and California State Parks Foundation just launched a new statewide, online survey that asks Californians to share their thoughts on what comprises an excellent parks system. The results of the data gathering will be synthesized into a report that will be published online in late summer 2010. The report will include what we can do to make the collective vision a reality. Redwood Matters Twice a Month!

Starting with this issue, you will receive Redwood Matters on the second and fourth Mondays of the month instead of the previous monthly delivery. This shorter format makes it quicker and easier for you to keep up on the latest redwoods-related issues. Look for the favorite hike on the second Monday of the month and Did You Know facts and Redwoods Memories on the fourth Monday.
