The League has been protecting redwood lands for nearly 100 years. We’re the only organization with the type of comprehensive approach needed to ensure that forests that take one thousand years to grow will be here for another thousand years.

Save the Redwoods League has maintained a close partnership with California State Parks since we helped establish the state parks system in 1927. We are now leading the effort to identify new approaches to protecting the resources in our state redwood parks while we continue our work with national and local parks parks.
