There’s a lot that happens when a redwood tree falls in the forest. Griff Griffith details everything – from the initial seconds to decades later. And it’s awesome.

Thanks. I’m glad I stopped to listen.
I love Griff. I found my way here because I saw him on Tik Tok.
IMHO: across-the-board “Wow” for both content and presentation! “Wow!”
Griff Griffin does a great job of educating & entertaining at the same time. I look forward to more vids like these.
Griff is wonderful! Love the passion. It’s what we need to save our fellow sentient Beings, redwoods!

What park is speaker in for this video? This place is magical…what place?
This is one of the best videos I have ever seen to both explain ecology as well as the specialness of redwoods.
I love Griff’s videos – it’s always fun to learn about the redwoods, and these are always fun and educational!
What a fun description of a redwood falling. I have tried to picture and hear that in my imagination. I wouldn’t want to be too close, but it would be incredible to see and hear.
But I don’t want too many to fall either.
Very groovy
Very informative and entertaining!
As a former Big Basin Redwood State Park docent, I want to thank you for this excellent video! It was fun, interesting, informative and your enthusiasm is contagious. I am confident it will spark a deeper interest in our very special ecosystem, in the hearts of many who view it.
What a hoot! This guy is a riot. Keep singing, Griff Griff!
