Save-the-Redwoods League is governed by a voting 60-member Board
of Councillors from which nine members are elected to serve as the Board
of Directors. The Council is responsible for setting policy, and the Directors
oversee the administration of the League including expenditures. The Secretary
and Executive Director, a nonvoting member of the Board of Directors,
is responsible for implementing and managing the policies established
by the Directors and Councillors.
