Match Goal Reached: Giant Step for Grove of Titans
onThanks to more than 3,000 passionate League members, Save the Redwoods reached a major milestone to protect the ancient coast redwood Grove of Titans in Jedediah Smith Redwoods State Park. Our members donated over $500,000 by December 31, more than meeting the dollar-for-dollar match challenge by supporter Josie Merck. This means that over $1 million will go toward the $3.5 million goal to safeguard these majestic redwoods and provide safe visitor access.
