Since 2000, Save the Redwoods League has awarded more than 330 grants to dedicated educators who provide high-quality redwood and forest education in and out of the classroom.

The unique aspect of LandPath's program is the multiple visits the students make to the same sight, each visit with a slightly different focus. Students shared their feelings of being in the forest with phrases such as,
